Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is high. And incentive structure is very Lucrative.

I worked Canara HSBC for more than 1 year. Most worst experience. No support from reporting manager and also regional manager. Bank managers always used to tell don’t work in Canara HSBC they are cheaters, they tell achievements recognition after archiving they will not do what they said. Salary, travelling claims and other claims were not satisfied because I am not getting those as per the discussion during the interview. And also the target is not as the HR said during the interview.
