I know I can perform and I will settle in few months once I set in this job. Company don’t even give chances for non performing employees. Lots of politics and looks like RBH including underwriters more involve into constructive dismissal of any random employee who don’t perform from day 1. Each and every policy of simple amount andsimple condition is stuck with underwriter for months even after lots of follow ups. RBH then blame us for delay. HR has assured that there is job security in this company and hence I didn’t accepted optional offer. Even operation staffs are very rude with attitude and don’t know what matters them. Even in some cases they don’t aware what is Banca channel and sometimes reminds us to resign even if staffs are new. They strait away tell that it’s our mistake to recruit you. Most of us are new staffs and PSU banks not at all serious on Insurance business. On daily basis we are pressurised for logins which is not possible without banks support. Even I observe one RBH only motivating an employee of his own caste and for rest threatens for taking action due to low performance, it’s all about patience Business which most companies do not follow.
