A COO should have good people skills, should be inspirational, but he is a BIG ZERO at all this. Kiran Yadav - The HR is a puppet in the hands of the management. If Sachin Dutta does not like an employee, the HR would do anything to throw that employee out for no good reason. They would make some faulty stories, like to one employee they said that your department is getting closed.
