The work environment is actually very good and positive for every employee working out here. Though Iam not an official employee of the Canara Bank, as I have been hired by an consulting company, but Iam satisfied and happy with the behaviour of the staff towards me and there is an extremely bollant relationship between us and with our work.

Handing over work which is not related to profile. Unnecessary calls from higher office and putting pressure to do things which are not correct as per policy. Urealestic targets. We r competing with lesser rate providing banks 6. There ia no proper training 7.No support from Circle office and HO. Only firing. Though it's a PSU, the work culture resembles a Private Company. I mean the advantages of being in a PSU and the work culture in private sector.

Dislikes

No work life balance. The Officers Association which is to remedy this pattern, is hand in glove with the Administration, with some office bearers reaping the benefits of comfortable posting.
