Based on my review. for the past 11 years, I worked in CAMS. CAMS is a good company to learn most about given by training is excellent. . Overall it's a good company for the past 30 years a company is still doing business in current trend is excellent and its team, employees, support. Again, i am looking for CAMS job if they readmit me. Thanks

No promotion or very poor hike in salary at par the latest industry trends in India. One employee must wait at least, 10+ years to get any promotion. It at the person is well with co-managers or hiresup. Maybe he gets. any hike in salary or promotion. Past 11 years with a breakup in CAMS nothing get any promotion or huge salary hike at par with industry. But, CAMS is a well known R&T company in indian industry.

Place is good ambience is average but there's something everywhere, most of the superiors are just puppets and won't respond to grievances but not everyone. Can gain work experience here but can't use it anywhere unless you're atleast a TL, coz you cannot learn that much here to impress other companies.
