The office location is good

Dislikes

Compensation is very much below industry avg. Have to work 9-11 hrs everyday. Management does not recognize talents or give any sort of trainings, they only want every employees to bring in revenue. Company work culture is terrible .. bureaucracy at it's peak with dependencies lying with people who are irrelevant to the business.. Not suited for individuals who are career oriented, wants to work in new age technology or wants to work in a start up environment. Probably think of coming to this company to while away few unproductive years in your career...Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
