Not even worth of single star. PEOPLE WHO WORKS CURRENTLY FOR MNC, HAVE PLANS TO JOIN HERE. Please avoid this Company. They will ruin your career. For the people who joins from an mnc, the pay might be more. But you will feel very bad in 6 months after you get in to this toxic environment. Very biased environment. People get placed in SBI, COMPLIANCE are the poorest souls in the world. They are biased for Christians( CSI) and if any Christians looking for job, they can very well join in HR and AUDIT teams as they are headed by CSI Christians fellas. Appraisals will be based on this and lot of people sitting there for 30+ yrs and not letting the outsiders to grow.
