I really like the flexibility they give, we can choose our own times to work. I like the work-from-home profile for teachers. I like the regular incentives.

I have been working here for 2 years instead of increasing salary, they reduced it means to pay us on hours basis now earlier they pay on monthly basis. pay got decreased and they deduct TDS but don't share the form with everyone.

I am a person who loves teaching, and that was the main reason I joined Camp K12. Ever since I joined here, I never thought of leaving this organization. It is a great working experience as well as a great learning experience. My initial classes used to be a mess, but the quality team gave me good reviews and suggested different ways to improve them. When it comes to timings, they are very flexible. The team is very supportive, and I am truly content with the Camp K12 working style and work culture. I think Camp K12 truly justifies the name as the School of Future, as it not just provides an academic learning experience but gives a more holistic approach to the kids and parents to think out of the box while learning. One thing that makes me happy is that I am teaching and helping the students to create projects and sharing the knowledge that I have gained with the youngsters, who will later use this knowledge to make something more useful....Read More
