Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I would like to share that our company CLCTA is got INDIA BEST CETP Award in 2017. There are teammates are very helpful and co operative, there are no any training procedure hopefully in future it has been arrange by our Management.There are only 5 staffs who gets high paid salary other than everyone gets average salary.But, I must share that here work environment is so good every management staff and our seniors are very helpful to co-operate us....Read More

If i telling you dislike about working at CLC TANNERS ASSOCIATION the point is Job Security and Salary increment which is very common point i think,since it is a Non Profit Organisation.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire Administration,Product Purchasing,Beautification handling, Transporting,Staff attendance,Security Guards maintaining, office computers as well as day to day operations
