The company is leading on oil and gas sector and having excellent images and reputation, if we considered historical event regards to company images and reputation was better than current. There was many changes occurred specially on managements within 2 years, due to that circumstances also impacted on company images. We would likeremember our ex.CEO, who bring up company to this powerful stage in oil and gas sectors , as i remember on 2007/2008 company was holding around 200 manpower only and currently around 1800 total manpower. But since he left the company last year, immediately it was impacted to each departments- finance, HR & Admin, HSE, QA/QC, procurement and projects. We have to appreciate our HSE/HR departments, who always support our employees and decision made on their favor. Yes we are chasing some issue regards to politics environments and playing each others ....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
