I am feeling good. Here a person can survive only. Sale's management forcing for incentives earning. Not prefore for increment or appraisal on time to time. Culture is good. But should think about employees benefits. And also here is no good allounces.

Ya it's nice organisation and also my superiors, company culture is good they are supported nice dew to lockdown time and now also in Cvd 19 pandamic tough time. All are good. But now company open field work in alternate days like Monday, Wednesday and Frida dew to Covid. And rest 3 days WFH. Company have to change this plan becausewhen sales person going in field on work days and some time he have to be go supply their goods on WFH day in urgency then what he will do. I want to said company have to give full week Work days as like before. I am agree with company that is thinking about employee health. But dear sir Covid is active every time, days and week. I like this company feel proud to be apart of organisations. But I don't like Lot system (in Qty ) for order any product. Like if I have Lukirx cream sale 100 tube in per month. But company is providing schms in specially 400 tube 40 % or. 50%. So I mean Company know about market culture. Dr want schms in 50% company is providingbut on special case. So kindly change this lot system. How much qty we need will take company have to be make a lot system in low qty.( Like Sunclip or jubare 200@50%.) So time to time stockist will put order without any hesitation. Because there stock will not be dumped. He will put order with happiness and easy way. Kindly think about this.
