Flexible working hours. Management was approachable. Salary was on time.

There is no job security. Even though notice period was 3 months, they laid off giving one month salary.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
