I have looking all service releated issue & service centre opening, his claim status, MSL stock maintained , detective & good stock audit etc, followup for pending calls & 100% maintain tat as per policy

Work Details

since 15 years in the mobile handsets industries i have lunched many brands, EXMART Mobile is one of them. for any brand employee and distribution networks can place the products in channels sale but, without any brand awareness puss sale is not possible.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
