Salary issue, salary not released on time, seniors do not appreciate our work but leaves no opportunity to insult and humiliate you on even small ignorable mistakes, seniors looks for your negative points rather than positive points. They will never highlight your positive features in front of HOD but will speak about your non performance and mistakes. No satisfactory salary hike. Just one time salary increase in 3.6 years.
