I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Don't join this role, until it's very much required for you, there is always work pressure, and in april and may you are asked to work till midnight 3-4am, without having any weekend offs and also there is no pay for extra working, and the salary is also very average, so one should consider this points before joining

It was the most pathetic experience of my life. Here we are not given any offs on sat-sun, we are always overworked and yet we are not appreciated and promoted. Only people who are in good books are given incentives and promoted. Overall very toxic environment.
