It's a big 4, only this is the part for which we work at BSR

Dislikes

Don't join this role, until it's very much required for you, there is always work pressure, and in april and may you are asked to work till midnight 3-4am, without having any weekend offs and also there is no pay for extra working, and the salary is also very average, so one should consider this points before joining

The only positives working in BSR is your Job security and Big -4 factor.Since it is one of the Big 4 ,you feel good when you are part of such a big company.

Dislikes

The Top management didn't even care what is happening at lower level ,They only care for your chargeable hours . Salary is comparatively lesser with lesser benefits compared with the other Big 4 . You will not get promotion or appraisal after working so hard . Even you will not get any diwali Bonus or gifts
