Colleagues were good. Peer group is good they support you a lot. Few managers are really supportive and have your back. Work exposure is nice if you are willing to put in hours.

Dislikes

They ask you to charge less hours because of cost charges on a client then they fuss about your chargeability. Leadership or may I say leaderSHIT is biased towards employees who agree with them and in case you have an opinion which doesn't complement their policy or work culture then you become a target. Female employees are battered by the Partner with remarks like why do you wear so much makeup? And she is a female partner btw. Every employee is constantly reminded that they are lucky to have this job because nobody else would hire them outside of this place. They fuss on your leaves. No appreciation for your extra hours or hard work. Untill unless you are willing to totally sacrifice your personal life and weekends, you are not considered a good employee. There is too much politics. They won't promote you because because policies can be changed overnight. Even though this department consists 70-80% non-qualified CAs still they are not considered at par with qualified CAs even if they are putting the same effort. Cherry on top is they provide security guard if you are leaving after 7:30-8 pm but you are responsible for safe return of that security guard back to office and pay for his return cab....Read More

Don't join this role, until it's very much required for you, there is always work pressure, and in april and may you are asked to work till midnight 3-4am, without having any weekend offs and also there is no pay for extra working, and the salary is also very average, so one should consider this points before joining

It was the most pathetic experience of my life. Here we are not given any offs on sat-sun, we are always overworked and yet we are not appreciated and promoted. Only people who are in good books are given incentives and promoted. Overall very toxic environment.
