Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was selected by the organisation however next day, HR called and communicated that you are not selected by the panel. Reason - internal politics. This is the first organisation in my career where I have seen hired people are selecting the candidate rather than HR. However, HR communicated that your ask is too high and client does not approve this. Stated if anyone on the floor will come to know your hike we have given, it will be tough for us to explain. Like seriously, such sensitive information is getting discussed on the floor.

Lastly, I would prefer to work on less but not in the mess. Specially, when you have seen so many cases of toxicity and uncomfortable work culture that impacts your life.
