Nothing. The only good thing is you can self learn a lot since there are no one to guide you. They just dont entertain any employees for long period. They will come up with a reason to fire you. All the process are so laggy. No one to reach out to. Everybody here play the hide and seek game and dont even reveal their names. Not evena single contact number. The only communication is through Skype and Zulip. Leave is like a bad word here- even if you are sick. They dont care about their employees and do not plan on holistic growth. Just want to focus on their immediate requirements. No one with self esteem can stay here. Never expect salary on time. Have to wait until middle of the month. The HR is the worst here. He/She have no clue how to deal with employees. Feels like we live in British India as we are not supposed to ask any questions, even simple queries irritate them. Also, they make sure that no employees interact with each other with their shady nature.

The work life balance is Excellent. The salary and benefits are very competitive. The promotion and appraisal process is fair and transparent. I feel very secure in my job. I have learned a lot. I am surrounded by a great team of people. The company culture is very positive and supportive.

The hiring procedure is so slow, the response rate is way too low, no one really cares to notify about the status of your application, even after your trial period is over. I simply had a bad experience with the conpany.

Honest Review: They are fake, they ask you to a job on trial basis, after you submit the work. They don't bother to reply you. As promised by them, they don't even pays you for your trial. They just take the work which you do for them in the name of 'trial'. Just don't fall for their scam. They are just conducting fake recruitment by getting their work done without any actual motive of hiring for free....Read More

There is nothing to like such cunning and shameless people who don't pay you and waste your time.

They give you an assignment and when you submit it they hire you and ask you to work for 2 hours daily. After few days they stop communication. The skype team is the most idiot team.
