There's absolutely nothing to like.
Dislikes
They contradict their own rules. Initially they ask you to completely use GPT for writing then scold you for not writing manually. You have to fill multiple productivity sheets (which is fine) to ensure you're working 8hrs+ daily. However, some work might take more time to complete and if you report more hours for a task than what they prescribe, you will be called out. No proper training is provided, you have to figure out on your own so if there are errors (which are bound to happen since they also rules change all the time) on your end, you will be required to rectify those outside working hours. This means you will be working 12-14hrs daily. Their payment cycle is completely messed up. You will get your salary on 21st of next month (even if you've joined at the beginning of the month) You are not allowed to ask 'silly doubts'. None of the employees are helpful. The work is robotic and so are the people. If you value your time, skills and health in general, do not join. Reject, run away but do not join!...Read More
