I have my first assignment test which got cleared and after that I was under the trial period, for which the results are yet to be out. It was one good experience, it shows how dedicated they are towards bringing the quality and greta content when it comes to content strategist assignment. And the team is really active throughout and they response in very less time which is quote good.

Nothing. The only good thing is you can self learn a lot since there are no one to guide you. They just dont entertain any employees for long period. They will come up with a reason to fire you. All the process are so laggy. No one to reach out to. Everybody here play the hide and seek game and dont even reveal their names. Not evena single contact number. The only communication is through Skype and Zulip. Leave is like a bad word here- even if you are sick. They dont care about their employees and do not plan on holistic growth. Just want to focus on their immediate requirements. No one with self esteem can stay here. Never expect salary on time. Have to wait until middle of the month. Most importantly, no guidance and no proper workflow to guide us....Read More

The HR is the worst here. He/She have no clue how to deal with employees. Feels like we live in British India as we are not supposed to ask any questions, even simple queries irritate them. Also, they make sure that no employees interact with each other with their shady nature.

There is nothing to like such cunning and shameless people who don't pay you and waste your time.

Dislikes

They give you an assignment and when you submit it they hire you and ask you to work for 2 hours daily. After few days they stop communication. The skype team is the most idiot team.
