There's nothing to like about this company. I repeat, nothing.

...e position on a trail basis to see if we are a good fit for you and vice versa". In the trail phase, I was supposed to work remotely for 2 hours/day from 3pm-5pm IST, Mon-Sat, and the pay for 2hr/day for a month would be rs.6250/month. And if they're satisfied with my work, they'll consider converting this to a full-time position. Furthermore, they said "the full-time job hours will be 11 am-8 pm IST Mon-Sat. The pay will be Rs. 25,000/month (the pay may vary depending upon the experience of the candidate) once, we get started on a full-time basis.". By this time, I already researched about their Chandigarh branch and I knew I could easily negotiate with the experience and the skills I have, so I moved forward. 4. With the same mail, was attached a link to another portal where I was sopposed to choose a starting dateand time. I chose 20th April, 5:30pm. I received another mail with the date and time confirmation which said to reach out to yashima kamra (their HR probably) at that time via Skype id for some kind of setup. 5. On 20th April 5:30 pm, I messaged her on Skype about the same but her response was an hours late. She gave me another skype id and told me to get my setup done through another team. The other team was fast and assisted me with the process of login and logout at 3pm and 5pm, respectively, on the portal. Along with that, they told me to send a screenshot of the login/ logout screen on Skype whenever I login or logout (which meant nothing, but still I did). Once that was done, the other team told me to go back to Yashima. She invited me to Zulip (Slack alternative) where I joined a chat with another person SL. They were not supposed to keep their full names because in the past, people had trolled busibud and revealed their employee names (you'll know why people troll them on a regular basis) 6. Now this SL (Shubham Lohakare) gave me my first assignment on 20th which I started on Monday, 22nd. Then the 2nd assignment on 24th. First assignment was to improve a dashboard flow of an existing chatbot which I did within 2 days. 2nd assignment was to complete a landing page with the same look and feel as the hero section (given as reference), which I did in 3 days. 7. On 26th April, my trail phase was over. It was supposed to be of 5-7 days. Shubham told me to reach out to Yashima for the next steps and Yashima told me to mail them for the next steps. I did that and the hr on mail told me that there would be an video interaction rould on 27th, 6pm IST via Skype. ***NOTE: Even after 10 days of interacting with multiple members of their team, I was ONLY chatting with them, there was no human interaction done at all.*** 8. On 27th, there was no scheduled meeting from their side so I informed Yashima of skype about the video interaction. She told me to wait at 6pm. 45 mins passed of no response, she asked by for my resume which I sent, then again she asked me to wait until she responds. Another 45mins paased of no response and then she writes "Are you there?" (As if i don't have any other things to do than to wait for them for hours). I clearly told her to give me a specific date and time for me to be available or schedule a meeting for which she said Monday 6pm. 9. On Monday, 29th April, again I had to remind them about the video interaction and yet again she told me to wait. I knew they were not avaliable so I kept doing my other works. 45 mins later, she asked me to join a call. It was an hr round and all she asked was about my previous experiences, how did I land those internships, freelance, and how much money i was making. That was all. Call ended. I asked about the next steps, she's told me to ask the hr on mail. After a day, hr told me about another video interaction round on 29th April, 12:30pm. 10. On 29th April, I again has to inform them about the video interaction round. 2 hours and 15 mins later, I joined a call and there was a senior person (as dumb as the company). I was a Btech student from IT who moved to Product Designing as it interested me. The round went for an hour and in that hour all he tried was to convince me that I made my life biggest mistake by moving to designing with a btech in it background. And in the last few minutes, he said my assignments were not what they've expected (now with my interaction with hr, she told me that the only reason I'm doing a video round is because my assigments were good). So this dumb person had asked nothing else, he was not even trying to ask questions about my skills and experiences. And that's how the call ended. 11. I asked the hr about the next steps, and she told me that they'll inform once they receive an update from the team. Weeks passed, I tried to get the update from them. On 10th May, they replied, the team still don't have any update. I waited and on 14th May, I asked for a final yes or no reminding them about their poor response time for which they finally replied no (which I already knew from the interation with that dumb person, just wanted a final confirmation). 12. And finally, here's the interesting part, I asked for payment for the trail phase, they agreed but they also sent me an NDA to sign. The NDA pointed that I won't try to defame the company, I won't try to say anything about what happened on a public platform, and I won't write a review about the company without their approval. Well, busibud, you can keep your money and your poor management to yourself and I keep the people informed about my experience with you in the past month. I never had problem with their long procedures but they wasted my time and this should be done to any person who's in a job hunt. So to everyone reading this. .... Be very wary before applying here. There is no way of communication with them. They will previously provide you with a big compensation and will state that you are selected. Then when you try to start on their joining date they will clearly decline that your schedule of joining was there. Then when you try to contact their team,their team would ask to confirm with the hr.Finally when you do so they will reject you.

FIRST THEY WILL GIVE YOU ASSIGNMENT WHICH YOU NEED TO COMPLETE ONCE IT IS COMPLETED THEY WILL SELECT YOU AND HIRE YOU FOR TRAINING PROGRAM, DURING THEY TRAINING THEY WILL GIVE YOU TASK WHICH IS NOT EVEN RELATED TO YOUR FIELD, THEN DURING THE TRAINING THEY WILL SHARE FEW GOOGLE DOCS IN WHICH IT WILL BE INCLUDED OF CHATS OF EMPLOYEES AND YOU WILL TO MAKE DATA OF THERE WORKING HOURS AND SHIT ,THEN THEY ASSIGN YOU A TEAM LEADER WHO YOU CAN'T CONTANT OR NOT EVEN KNOW THE NAME OF, BECAUSE THEY USE A SOFTWARE CALLED AS "ZULIP" TO HIDE IDENTITIES. NO LEAVES POLICY , THEN THEY DISAPPEAR AND GHOST YOU INSTEAD OF PAYING YOU FOR THE TRAINING . THIS COMPANY WILL USE YOU FOR THERE BENEFITS. MAYBE THIS COMPANY DOESN'T EXIST PHYSICALLY AND THEY CALL THEMSELVES INDIA'S FIRST AI BASED MODEL. IT'S SCAM GUYS, TRUST ME . IT'S NOT WORTH IT
