Busibud offers a great opportunity for software engineers to work on technologies such as Docker, GIT, React and Node. The team follows agile software development techniques and ample of room is given for training and learning new languages. The senior team respects suggestions and often run a brainstorming session. Career growth is good both in terms of education and appraisals.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
