I am the current IT Manager at Burgundy Brand Collective and I am sharing my feedback as i have seen a couple of reviews in April and June which have been labeled as IT Manager but are not from either myself or of the team. Over the last year, we have made the IT functioning a Lot more robust with strengthening platform access, providing a IT Help Desk to support our retail teams and introducing new software platforms like Odoo. Pathetic Company,Worst Management,Bad Politics,Toxic Atmosphere,Too much interference in people work by management and their corrupt auditors,Too much micromanagement,No Job security,No Future for any employee ,No Full and Final Settlement if you get any issue with management.Myself did not received full and final settlement of 30 days salary Rs.1,35,000/- yet despite sending remainders and lawyer notice after leaving job because of Stress and bad health due to politics here.NRI owner is running this garbage shop only to sell for higher price in future.All aspiring candidates need to stay away from this worst company....Read More
