Very good juniors colleague and CFO .

If you talk about dislike is micro management by departments heads and owners. Employees doesn't get bonus. Seniors not helpful and also force other do the same that need to improve. Work environment needs to improve. no growth, they hire new employee for seniors post instead encouraging other people who work with employer honestly. Position doesn't change of juniors so salary as well.

I am the current IT Manager at Burgundy Brand Collective and I am sharing my feedback as i have seen a couple of reviews in April and June which have been labeled as IT Manager but are not from either myself or of the team. Over the last year, we have made the IT functioning a Lot more robust with strengthening platform access, providing a IT Help Desk to support our retail teams and introducing new software platforms like Odoo.
