Long wait to get promoted even after continuous performance. Terrible travel. You can only get motivated when you earn incentives.

Really a good company to work of you can negotiate a good package. When I joined I saw one of the best working culture in this organisation.you will feel the difference if you switched from an Indian company.

No dislikes but if you get a not friendly reporting manager he can screw you well. Starting from Branch manager level they hold immense power.

Company can provide a lot to employees as were the frontfacers but the middle persons they ar not letting us to gain more from company they only filling their pockets and showing profit to company But never ever thinking about staff
