We did go through a rigorous interview process to identify a strong candidate for this position as it is a critical one for the growth of a brand. We appreciate your feedback and also understand that the pace of our business was not suited to you. As an organization there is a very clear desire to have team members work to goals within a mutually agreed and prescribed timeframe. Unfortunately micro management only ensues when the same isn't achieved. The probation period allows both the individual and the organization to determine whether there is a meeting of expectations. We're sorry to hear that you did not have the best experience with our company. The products and services that we offer are curated from the brands in the luxury space by our team. As we continue to grow, we do evaluate the performance of our retail operations as well as the team members across various functions. All decisions are taken after careful consideration and we do try to accommodate talent in an alternate role when available.
