...any employee ,No Full and Final Settlement if you get any issue with management.Myself did not received full and final settlement of 30 days salary Rs.1,35,000/- yet despite sending remainders and lawyer notice after leaving job because of Stress and bad health due to politics here.NRI owner is running this garbage shop only to sell for higher price in future.All aspiring candidates need to stay away from this worst company.

Salary is low compared to work. Currently having 2nd - 4th Saturday off, it would be great if gets all Saturday's off.

Lots of opportunities to learn and upskill as a newbie. The managers are extremely supportive when it comes to stepping out of our comfort zone which helps with increasing problem-solving skills.

I am concerned about the management style in our company, where seniors take credit for successes and blame juniors for failures. Specifically, Mr. Ankit's behavior is unprofessional, using slang language and speaking rudely to staff. Unfortunately, upper management seems to support this behavior, which creates a toxic work environment. Furthermore, Mr. Ankit's personal habits during operation hours are also a cause for concern. He frequently consumes pan masala while on duty, which not only creates an unhygienic environment but also gives a very bad impression to customers. What's more alarming is that he often talks to customers with pan masala in his mouth, which is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. Instead of appreciating hard work, Mr. Ankit focuses on finding mistakes and humiliating employees in front of their colleagues. This approach is demotivating and unproductive. I urge the management to address this issue and promote a more positive and supportive work culture, where employees feel valued and respected. I believe it's essential to recognize and reward good work, rather than constantly criticizing and belittling employees. A more constructive approach would be to provide feedback and guidance, helping employees to grow and improve, rather than tearing them down. I hope that the management will take my concerns seriously and take necessary steps to create a more positive and inclusive work environment.
