The company though showed to be highly innovative but the management turned out to be too conservative. They had a projection to emerge among the top companies in next decade but did not have enough money to pay to their employees. As a Zonal Manager, handling Western Zone I was not paid salary and expense reimbursements for almost a year and hence I did not have any alternative but to quit.

Dislikes

The entire work culture was too bad. The managers were treated badly in presence of the junior staff. Final settlement of accounts is still pending and no body responds. I have lost huge amount of money in form of my salary and expense reimbursements.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
