You will never see like this company anywhere else. Very friendly environment. No burdens and stress at all. Employees can work freely and independently. Manager is very grounded to the earth. He has great patience. You will learn very good things over here. Great career growth. If you're working as per schedule tasks you can do anything. I mean "work + fun = Buildium". I just love this company. Colleagues will easily mingle with anyone. You will have great friends over here. It's a product based company, will gain knowledge on the saas application....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
