If you want to join this company join as a purchaser or technical superintendent to make quick money. Get commission for every invoice from every vendor . You can easily make 1 to 2 crore per annum excluding your salary. Don't have to work only Lik the directors as*es to secure your job and to get commission upcoming year.

Ch*tiy* company. Ch*tiy* directors. No process to run the company. Doing russian sanctioned trades illegally. All are dark fleets. Everyone in the company are theif including directors. All purchasers and technical superide tent get money from all the vendors in a name of commission and they don't pay the invoices on time . Average a purchaser and technical superintendent gets 1cr to 2cr as a commision money. After issuing PO and getting all services done after that they ask for 50% discount on the invoices even though getting 10% commission. CEO of this company checks whether employee is coming in office in slippers rather than enlarging the business. There are 2 HR in this company first one who steal money from toilet papers, hand wash, diwali gifts and other decoration item . In case of any emergency you face he won't pick the call at all. Another HR is only to put attendance sheet of the employee by 12 pm that it is his Job description. Delay in sefarers salary. Once the vessel is identified as sanction they simply change the name of the vessel and change the management company. All vessels are scrap ageing 25 to 30 years . This vessel s are bought as a scrap now they do voyage risking all crews life. No social life no personal life no respect . Manning department everyone in this department are crorepati . They take money from every crew who joins the vessel averagely 5 to 8 lacks depending upon the post. If you pay money and you are a bike mechanic they will make you onboard as a chief cook.
