Compensation is variable. For same job and same experience another person might be receiving more than 300% pay. Your compensation will be 40%increment on your previous pay. They don't have well defined salary slab. Projects changes rapidly for me more than 6 projects were changed in span of 7months. They give cab facilities which is good and the early log out and late log in these facilities are present. Hybrid work culture, leaves are easy to get.

Dislikes

Learning opportunity is very less and IJP is always pre decided. Not all Managers are competent some are very incompetent and will not know the process. Salary increment is okay. Politics present be very careful
