Dislikes

Hiring a team and use it and then throw them into garbage is what my experience with bp India gbs Pune. A team of 15 people had been hired an year back (some of the team members even have Ben hired six months back) and within a year the entire team is benched and being asked to move to different role/ leave.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
