Nothing at all culture is bad if you not mert target you will be put on pip. after completion on first year only 3-5 percent appraisal. if u take any CL you will loose all the bonus. Only sales team make money rest is us less. Manager are worst only good for girls they are favoured more as the upper department controlled by women only. If you are working in US cs and exec team good luck u will be working 1:30 am shifts. you will not get two week off together when new roster comes out so personal life is gone. if you get worst manager which most of them are they will not approve your emergency leaves if you have health humble request dont join they dont care even if you have cancer....Read More

Management is unable to provide the environment in which the employees can feel empowered. Promotions are being done as favoritism thrives here. The promotions done are the people who lack most of the skills required. No work life balance, asks employees to provide services to the customer in a very harsh work environment with micromanagement being done by supervisors. Absolutely nothing , they would charge you for the privilege to work if they could. If it was not the fact that slavery is abolished , they would put chains and force you to work 24/7. They do not understand what sickness means , what family means , what personal life means.

Dislikes

I would have to write a whole book and the comparison with East India company would not end. You may be dying but they would say work until you are dead. Business comes first.

The complaint has given me ample amount of opportunities and promotions. I enjoy working with British Airways. Even during CORONA time we were timely paid and no one was sacked which is quiet appreciating.

Only few activities like diwali celebration and holi celebration was good but for that also u have to utilise your break to enjoy no extra breaks

Dislikes

The management has created stupid policies, very poor management. Even if u r performing well, if u are not well and took sick leave they wil scold you and u will also not be getting any approve leave in the furture. Rubbish!
