The complaint has given me ample amount of opportunities and promotions. I enjoy working with British Airways. Even during CORONA time we were timely paid and no one was sacked which is quiet appreciating.

This is the first company I worked for with not much to compare it with. The people here have been wonderful to work with. It's pretty chill working here, but then again that may vary depending on personal expectations and experiences. It was a little far from my home so that hampered my experience a bit due to the time taken for travel, though they do provide both side cabs. They need to work on work life balance as it's majorly work there and we don't get fun Friday's and such, not as of yet at least. If anything were to be organised then you'd have to visit util ising your own breaks only. Applying for leaves could be a little more lax, here you have to apply them beforehand based availability. Even if you're sick your incentives will be hampered if you are to take a leave, even if you've applied for a sick leave. Then again that is just me cribbing a little over things that could be improved upon. Overall it is a good company for a fresher and perhaps things would be a little different by the time you join. Talking to BA customers that's all, rest it was disastrous because of Covid and my ex colleague. Very toxic.

Had a 3 years experience with BA. My ex colleagues were very toxic and as an ex part time employee there, discrimination was always there no matter how hard you work and reach certain level. Plus no growth at all.

I had a major abdomen surgery because of imbalanced eating habits, sleep cycle fluctuations, and would call you out to fill in someones shift during your off days multiple times.
