With the company growing by the day, there is definitely a challenge with team's stretching to meet client's business needs - especially opportunities where Our Rapid Building and Delivery is the Business Winning Factor. Times there are back-to-back deadlines which can be sorted as we grow as a team as well. While for the time beingwe are planning com-offs etc this area definitely needs to be improved....Read More
