Organization's focus is always to ensure an 'enabling environment' for every individual to take up challenges, hone their skills and develop 360Degree! Asides this, our client focus is razor-sharp to ensure we give them their ROI and make an immediate impact to their day-to-day operations. We have various initiatives such as 1. 'Tribal Hour' - a forum where the focus is to drive the basics of Tribal Leadership, address prevailing gaps in terms of interpersonal skills, collaboration conflicts, team enhancements, articulation,non-work related fun sessions (each partner displaying their individual talent and sharing their knowledge) 2. Fortnightly Cadence - a forum where the entire tribe gets to know about the happenings in the organization from a business perspective, celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, share each one's work with the larger team, and a Fun Corner where we just get together and huddle over some fun activities (Entire organization joins this) 3. Remote & Hybrid Working Model - Organization encourages the remote working (have team members from across India) and hybrid working (3 days from office and 2 from home) 4. Organization's pay scale is at par or more than the going market rate 5. Organization invests in Interns and the one great initiative is to start an 'Innovation/Incubation' Center within College Premise - to train and get the shortlisted candidates ready for the worklife from their last or last but one semester' 6. With the company growing by the day, there is definitely a challenge with team's stretching to meet client's business needs - especially opportunities where Our Rapid Building and Delivery is the Business Winning Factor. Times there are back-to-back deadlines which can be sorted as we grow as a team as well. While for the time being we are planning com-offs etc this area definitely needs to be improved....Read More
