Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

There is lots of points that I want to tell you as please go one by one by given below points (I am telling you about the site posting scenario) 1. No personal life(14hrs+ duty hrs at site job) 2. No manner no discipline senior and junior you can expect here. 3. mostly you have to do Sunday duty...(So, there is no holiday) 4. As your seniors are not much qualified (mostly they are Diploma Holder).So, they will treat you very roughly and in manner. 5. Work pressure is huge. 6. So, As u know B&R is contractor firm.So, u can't deserve any respect from your client and consulting agency side. They will treat you like a petty pack contractor. 7. You have to work here by putting your dignity at home. 8. In this organization you will always work under pressure and fear. 9. You have to always hear that from your seniors that..If you will not work and earn something from site for the company. Then how will company manage to pay our salary.(Company always facing economical crisis) 10. You can't even easily take your own leave as per your own decision. 11. The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
