There is nothing positive at all in concern with the above mentioned items. teammates are like the mafia, sometimes they are covered from the project manager, hence they will treat you as if you are a prisoner. They will command crews in an improper way and the most bad part of it is that they sometimes treat the clients in a bad way. The salaries are poor. People over here are under estimated.

this company is a complex of bands and mosses. you will be recognized and qualified as per the band! If the band is recognized in front of the Area Manager, then you will be considered and noticed. if the band isn't recognized, then your hard work will be neglected. sometimes there is lack in respect and ethics between the employees. in many times, construction managers had under estimated engineers related to them in front of the clients, the issue that made clients distrust the company's engineers....Read More
