It's very easy to control the KPI's to be on top of the Stack Rank.

Dislikes

Teammates are not well trained from the training so that a team coach however or whatever or whichever wants improve, that's very difficult. Except the shrinkage controlling other KPI's are very difficult to met. Salary & incentives are very poor. Management is poor too with a lot of internal politics.
