Dislikes

Boring projects. Non scalable and more towards integration side. People with more number of years should only join if prefer work stability over learning curve Does not communicate initially on timings. Most of the projects are in UK shifts, I.e. 2 pm to 9 - 10 pm. Too much negotiation on salary and pay parity.

Also let me know how much should I expect for my YOE. I personally think going to Bp is low balling me also there will be limited learning opportunities.
