Most of them are fairly average and many of the times get scrapped after a few years. - BP relies heavily on contractors to do the heavy lifting hence as a developer mostly you have to work with Infosys, IBM folks who do not care anything about the kind of work they deliver and are a pain to work with. - Lot's of middle managers with no technical knowledge or clue of what they are doing. - No clarity on promotions....Read More
