Working in bounce has only one benefit that you can use trampoline whenever you feel like.

Salary is too low for the work that they are giving specially donkey work, employees are not at all treated well, 15-16 year old kids are working as a part timer who has no clue about medical first aid, incentive structure is shit - 3 months for 2% incentive that too after 6 months of probation period, which was also group incentivenot and individual. After you leave the company while serving notice period if any medical emergency happens your salary is stopped, your incentives for previous month is not given to you and there are not enough employees to handle a particular task so even if an individual has a very urgent medical emergency they have to come to work anyhow....Read More
