Nothing to say. Beat your own drums kind of a company

Dislikes

30+ induction session, most of them not relevant for the job you do. No transparency when on any assignments. No respect for seniors and architects, managers. HR is also very rude. And they often compare with other companies and try always to raise their hat. No job security, you could be kicked out any time if you do not satisfy their needs.
