Bonfiglioli is very fast growing mnc company, and Bonfiglioli producing varieties of Gearbox.so Bonfiglioli is very good place for learning.

Dislikes

2 year bond for PGET and 3 year bound for GET, before which you can not resign, and 3 month notice period is also terrible, which any how, you have to serve specifically in purchase department ,and no any other option provided by management to releave before completing 3 months.

No work life balance . Especially in Sourcing and procurement Sourcing HOD is a dictator. He shouts at everything. Keeps meeting for half day to one full day and destroys your morale . Lead time will be very less for development and quality requirements are very high that even good suppliers can't meet. You will be sent to supplierend for months . Time line will be applicable only for Sourcing team. Other team takes their own time and doesn't even reply to mails. Planning team is pathetic. Every week shedule gets changed . IMO, For Work life balance surely I give negative ratings coz you should work more than 11 hrs even though your work hrs is around 9.5 hrs. You should work hard everyday & extend the working hours to satisfy your reporting manager.

The organization is always open to the new and effective ideas from the employees, mainly form the younger generation.
