Company progress up to leap & bounds, Salary and other benefits from company are good, All department are fine except finance and Purchase upto my knowledge n belief

Dislikes

U can't maintain ur personal life, especially in finance And Purchase it's a nightmare...! Don't even dare to think joining this 2 department, they treat like slave, u can't take leave as u want and they will put unnecessary pressure and Harres employees for petty issues, others department are ok!

Great company for freshers, bachelors to learn and do the same task without going home. Good place to learn how to handle lot of stress. You can forget all your personal problems and family while working at office.

Dislikes

Creating unwanted stress. You can't think on your own. HR under finance control, they have no power. Not a great company for experienced people. Bad work environment.
