1. most of the projects have decades old tech, even don't have proper debugger that kind of old. 2.higher management have no future vision about tech stack upgrade. 3.one can't grow technically as one can learn but no place to implement the same. 4. company's culture between US and INDIA is only on pen and paper and not followed prac ticality especially when it comes to equality. 5. No faith and trust on their permanent employee, always tends towards outsourcing projects. 6. its a product based company but internally it works like a service based company. 7. Compensation is average in terms of other company's position. 8. Management have no focus/vision to restrict the attrition rate. 9.
