Good facilities, no in-out time boundation from HR.

Not worth it. They just offer you good food, so called good work environment, make fake promises for appraisals and give a count of multiple perks. No job security at all, they just look every employee as an intern even if you are a full time. A pathetic experience of my life. Team lead can force you to come immediately office and want that you spend your time in office as long as you can.

An organizations that undervalue their employees, engage in frequent hire and fire practices, and foster a culture of micromanagement. they frequently hire interns, and convert them to full-time roles after 6-12 months, and then replace them with newly recruited interns. This practice led to an environment where the organization is largely run by interns, with only handful of experienced employees remaining. Full-time employees often fear sharing knowledge with interns to avoid being replaced, creating a toxic and unstable workplace. Such practices not only damage employees' morale but also derail their careers. Worst HR department, particularly for not being responsive when it comes to post-resignation documents.
