The whole company is stuffed with good, and smart people. It's just that the HR who hired me "Aleena Baig" did the wrong thing and I am not the only one, She pitched me a different CTC and once all the interviews were done she told me that we cannot give you this CTC but boAt is a very reputed brand so you should join it without looking at the CTC. I did join when she comforted me by saying that she will get my offer revised if I accept it, but later nothing was done for the same, and she made a fool of me....Read More

Instead of giving what the candidate deserves, they negotiate them by using the lever that they (boAT) is a respected brand to work with and things like that, So in a nutshell they will never provide you the salary that you need and they will always negotiate your talent.
