I love that fact that I am part of a team here so many chance to learning I saw different cases different management of a critical patient and all I improved my skills learning capacity and all its a nice experience

Dislikes

Here soo many supervisors are there like ward supervisor,f floor supervisors,grade 1,grade2 like it's not necessary only one supervisor and grade1 is enough because working hand is one supervisor 4 it's not good instead of supervising they have to work with staff is good

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
